There are a number of communications channels for Debrief, depending on the nature of the content:

As you will have seen when you first arrived at the Debrief web-site, the home page contains the newest couple of news items recorded on the SourceForge home page.
In addition to this, you can subscribe to the Debrief-news mailing list. By subscribing you will receive a couple of e-mails per month informing you of new Debrief releases and the details of any significant bugs which have been identified. Just send an e-mail to debrief-news-request@lists.sourceforge.net with the word subscribe in the title.
